Report to: Customer Service Manager/Supervisor
- The CS representative is responsible to the CS Manager for his task implementation.
-Daily communicate with customers with regards to the products / orders / inquiries / payment, and work with customers various kind of requirements.
- Understand customer needs, maintain and develop business relationship with customers
- Analysis customer orders / products periodically and come up with proposals to assist business growing with current customers.
- Collaborate with internal team to fulfill customer demand.
- Reporting to the CS Manager/Supervisor and work together to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Travel to various fairs to meet customers. Opportunities of going abroad to visit customers.
- Bachelor Degree or above. Major in business management or English is preferred.
- Preferably at least 2 year experience in the equivalent position.
- Fluent English communication, both in writing and speaking.
- Computer literacy – good command in utilizing MS Office
- Enthusiastic, passionate and responsible
- Demonstrating good learning capability
- Strong interpersonal skill and good understanding skill.
- Providing good service to the customers
